After we’ve discussed your wants and expectations, we will get to work on a plan and present you with a preliminary itinerary and budget. This includes the big items like flights, accommodations, and transportation but also some unique ideas, inspirations, and our expert recommendations!

It’s time for us to go over your journey in detail. This is a chance for you to tell us what you think. What feels perfect and what might need an adjustment? We want you to get really excited at this point, so excited you may even be tempted to start packing!

Sit back, relax and watch it all come together.
Once we’ve landed on a final itinerary, we’ll move ahead with the details by confirming bookings and placing deposits. We can also dial in to the finest of details such as dinner reservations, guided tours, biking or hiking routes, shopping tips, and other activities.

Before you depart, we’ll be working behind the scenes, reconfirming, updating and finalizing your travel plans. We’ll schedule a call to review the itinerary and do everything we can to be certain you are prepared and excited for your trip.
